Questions that come up before the contract
What counts as a token?
Input and output tokens across every model an agent calls on your behalf, metered per workspace and visible in the usage view before the invoice. Retries caused by our own errors are not billed.
What happens when we hit the ceiling?
Agents keep running. Usage above the plan is billed at the overage rate on your order form, and the workspace owner is notified at 80 and 100 per cent — nothing stops without warning.
Where does our data live?
In the region you choose at provisioning. Prompts and outputs are retained for the window you set, down to zero, and are never used to train a model.
Can we self-host?
On the top tier, in your own cloud account or on your own hardware, with the control plane still managed. Air-gapped installations are scoped case by case.
How do we leave?
Export every agent definition, workflow and conversation log as JSON from the workspace settings, at any time, without asking anyone. Cancellation ends billing at the end of the current term.
